By using Prompt Archer Chrome extension and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

Prompt Archer is a Chrome extension that allows users to inject custom system prompts into AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Mistral. We provide:

• 50+ pre-built system prompts
• Custom prompt creation and management
• One-click prompt activation
• Multi-platform AI support

License and Usage Rights

Free License

Prompt Archer is provided free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or commercial purposes.

Pre-built Prompts

Our pre-built prompts are provided under a Creative Commons license. You may:

• Use them for any purpose (personal or commercial)
• Modify and adapt them to your needs
• Share them with others

Your Custom Prompts

You retain full ownership of any custom prompts you create. We do not claim any rights to your custom content.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Prompt Archer to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Violate any AI platform’s terms of service
• Spam or abuse AI systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the extension

Disclaimers

No Warranties

Prompt Archer is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We make no guarantees about:

• Compatibility with all AI platforms
• Availability or uptime
• Quality of AI responses when using our prompts
• Freedom from bugs or errors

AI Platform Dependencies

Our extension depends on third-party AI platforms. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to AI platform interfaces that break functionality
• AI platform outages or service interruptions
• Content generated by AI platforms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Archer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

You may stop using our Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
